I reserve the right to display commissions for display and promotional purposes which may include my website gallery, social media accounts and fayres.
Payment - A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a slot on my waiting list, with the final payment plus P&P due within 7 days of completion. Payments can be made via PayPal or Bank Transfer. Portraits are usually shipped between 1-3 business days after payment has been received.
Shipping - All portraits are securely packaged and sent via Australia Post Tracked & Signed service inc full insurance. A confirmation will be emailed to you including the tracking number once the item has been sent. If the portrait is a gift, a gift note can be included in the package at no extra charge. Please notify me as necessary.
Cancellations - If you wish to cancel the booking you must do so before the portrait is started, but your deposit will be retained. Once work has started it will no longer be possible to cancel, and full payment will be due on completion of the portrait. Payment is due within 7 days of completion. If you are unable to pay within the allotted timeframe please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to support your needs. Failure to pay may result in the portrait being sold in order for me to recoup the lost costs.
Alterations - Clients are shown progress throughout the commission process via photos and sometimes videos on social media (or privately if requested). If at any point you are unhappy with any element of the piece please notify me as soon as possible and I will look to rectify it. Once complete you will be emailed a watermarked version for your approval. You then have 7 days to advise if any changes are required. Once approval is received I am no longer able to make changes and the portrait will be sent as is.
